Hello

I am forwarding this request to complete a survey for a friend who is not able to be on the list serv. If you can assist the University of Washington in their survey, I know they would greatly appreciate it. The project is a great collaboration of IT and Records Management. If you have questions about the project you can email/phone either of the individuals listed below for the UW.

And as I know introductions are appreciated for new "postees (or is it posters?)" here is mine: I have been the City Records Manager for the City of Seattle for the past 10 years, prior to my hiring, the City did not have a formal records management program. Records Management is part of the Archives and Records Management Program in the Office of the City Clerk (there has been a Municipal Archives since the 1985: http://www.cityofseattle.net/cityarchives/). There are 3 of us in the records management program for a City with 35+ departments and over 10,000 employees. Daunting, but never a dull moment. Prior to the City I worked for the University of Washington Records Management Services and at King County Archives and Records Management Program. I am a graduate of the Archives and Records Management Program at Western Washington University and currently the Region Coordinator for the Great Northwest Region of ARMA Int. And I have been subscribed to the listserv since the late 90s, love the information, but don't really post too often.

3. How many departments are currently using the product? How many total users?
4. What are the top 2-3 things this product does really well?
5. What are the top 2-3 product weaknesses?
6. How satisfied are you with the product support you receive from the vendor?
7. Would you recommend this product to others seeking an enterprise DMS?
8. May we contact you with follow-up questions? (If yes, please provide contact information.)
