Of interest to me is when you read this, there is ABSOLUTELY NO MENTION in
any of these 'successful implementations' of how they addressed meeting the
requirements in Exhibit 53 to ensure all records generated are captured and
managed for the required retention periods, including any conversion or
migration potentially required based on those retention periods.
Weren't we JUST DISCUSSING how the US Government is doing on Electronic
Records?
