Hi, sorry for the delayed response here (catching up on the list email).

Fred, you are right. Accutrac is not the system that runs Iron Mountain's internal operations. Accutrac is our records management software offering -- and it serves as the "aggregator" and connects to Iron Mountain's internal systems (SafeKeeper PLUS) and others, like O'Neil.
Does that help?
Melissa

An interesting press release, which states (partially) "the solution will integrate O'Neil's RS-SQL software utilizing O'Neil's RMBridge(tm) web services with Iron Mountain's Accutrac(r) software and enable organizations to manage paper records kept at records centers using O'Neil's software as well as Iron Mountain facilities."

Iron Mountain, at least to my knowledge, does NOT use Accutrac for its internal tracking operations; it uses Safekeeper PLUS. Accutrac is the records management software Iron Mountain sells to clients for their internal use (as described in the press release: "Tejon Ranch, a diversified real estate development and agribusiness company, and an Iron Mountain Accutrac user").

Nowhere in the press release is there mention of Safekeeper PLUS.

Anyone from Iron Mountain on the list, to confirm or deny?

Fred
