The "preferences" section should have been worded to include an MLIS 
degree OR equivalent work experience.

CRM not required.

We need an experienced records manager to supervise the Records 
Management unit of the Wyoming State Archives and take the lead in 
implementing a digital repository for records created by state agenices.
