Dr. Bailey, in addition to Fred's recommendations, I suggest to check YouTube and free slide presentations sides.
Of course, it is better to check by yourself material and after give it to new hired Records Coordinators.
Also, month ago we had discussion about short movies where Records Management is mentioned, and people brought many interesting links.
