Larry,

I think the term "irreverent" is a better description.  

Just a couple of quick thoughts on certifications:
	1. You can read the story of the Endurance a thousand times without getting frostbite.
	2. It's a good thing bumble bees cannot read.

Certifications are nice but never take the place of experience.  Larry has the latter.
