With oversight over multiple records repositories, this position will be responsible for managing a team of Records Clerks and Records Leads to execute effective information management practices for the organization.  The Records Manager will revise and update the company's records retention policies as needed and guide their on-going efforts to transition to a digital records management program.

Ideal candidates will have at least three to five years of experience overseeing a records management program in the oil and gas industry, strong electronic records management software experience (preferably with a widely-used commercial software), and exceptional managerial skills.
