LAC Group seeks Information Specialists (level II) to support records or docket management centers through use of automated information systems for a large, well-known federal agency in Seattle, WA. This position is subject to contract award and would offer full benefits.
Responsibilities:
This list gives an overview of primary responsibilities and is not intended to be an all-inclusive listing
* Use knowledge related to Internet and Electronic Records experiences to write and maintain programs within software such as but not limited to: dBaseV, InMagic, Lotus Domino, Documentum database in support of the Federal Docket Management System (FDMS) and Regulations.gov, and standard Web server programs
* Design, create, maintain, input, and retrieve information on the Internet using accepted protocols and HTML
* Use Internet services such as email, FTP, and other tools to locate and identify appropriate information sources for the Delivery Order
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent with three (3) years of experience working in a library or records management program.
* Requires working knowledge of standard desktop software such as Word.
