Did you look at the InterPARES Guidelines for Records Creators? They
can be found at
http://www.interpares.org/ip2/display_file.cfm?doc=ip2_book_appendix_20.pdf

You can also print them as a booklet here
http://www.interpares.org/ip2/display_file.cfm?doc=ip2(pub)creator_guidelines_booklet.pdf
There is no copyright.

For other InterPARES products you could look at
http://www.interpares.org/ip2/ip2_products.cfm and also at the
InterPARES 3 site http://www.interpares.org/ip3/ip3_products.cfm?item=1

I hope this helps,

Luciana
