Hi All-

I'm seeking input (here or off line) information from anyone who has either
completed, or in in-process of implementing, Oracle UCM/URM, especially
from any of you who are converting/migrating from either Stellent or
OpenText LiveLink systems and repositories.

I'm familiar with all of the standard considerations and questions, but
what I'm looking for here is once the REAL work began, what didn't go as
planned or expected and what up-front work would you have done differently
if you had known the problems you'd face once in-process?

Will be glad to take this information under a non-public disclosure
agreement and also to share any information anonymously (not attributed to
an organization) with our implementation team without prior approval.

In other words...YES, I understand people don't like to hang their
unmentionables out in public!
