Hi Sonya,

I work for an ECM/RM implementation firm and we've been working on
SharePoint implementations recently.

I have worked on a few projects using KnowledgeLake's Capture and Connect
components.

I think they have a great set of products that makes adding content to
SharePoint much easier. Their support team is responsive and helpful and
they also have great training materials.

Some high level considerations:

- Depending on how complicated your scanning solution needs to be,
KnowledgeLake's Capture product isn't the most comprehensive, but you'll be
able to demonstrate a workable solution very quickly.

- Records Management for SharePoint is relatively new so make sure you
research/dig on other organization's experience with this.
