We also require the Commercial Records Center to be compliant with NFPA 232. This standard includes requirements for file rooms, vaults, and records rooms (i.e. storage). It covers all records and media from important to critical to archival.

Nolene, while I agree with all of the excellent comments made by others, I will disagree in one area: NOTHING substitutes for a site visit.
The site visit must be made with a checklist based on your known business requirements, which you can derive from the ARMA publication.
