"We also require the Commercial Records Center to be compliant with NFPA 232. This standard includes requirements for file rooms, vaults, and records rooms (i.e. storage). It covers all records and media from important to critical to archival."

Back in my previous life as the records manager at a large aerospace corporation, we were negotiating our renewal contract with Iron Mountain, and I attempted to add compliance with NFPA 232 to the contract. Iron Mountain refused. They claimed that the standard contained unrealistic requirements that would cause great financial hardships for them, and that really wouldn't add any significant value. Yadda, yadda, yadda. My corporate masters did not want to leave Iron Mountain, so the contract went ahead without this requirement.

Just another RIM historical tidbit.
