The Director of Records and Information Management (DRIM) position is a
managerial position leading strategic initiatives and working
collaboratively with employees and customers to develop and execute records
and information management (RIM) strategies and initiatives to meet the
following objectives:
The DRIM is responsible for planning, developing and implementing the
records and information management program as well as the continued
strategic alignment of future records and information initiatives.
As the Subject Matter Expert, the DRIM will develop, implement, and train
records management program elements to promote sustainable best practices
and consistent messaging, i.e. policies, procedures, technology, etc.
