ASTD-Orange County and Orange County ARMA jointly bring you Rapid
E-learning Development Using Articulate & Storyline

Today’s tools are making it easier than ever to build elearning courses
because they don’t require any programming. This presents a lot of
opportunities, but the reality is that there are also many challenges. On
top of that, quite a few elearning developers work with limited budgets and
resources. Is it possible to build good courses with these constraints?

Let Tom Kuhlmann show you the way! This ASTD national speaker and popular
Rapid Elearning Blogger provides weekly tips and tricks to help people
build better elearning modules to over 85,000 subscribers.

On Thursday, May 17, Tom will guide us through a few of his Rapid eLearning
tools, methods, techniques and strategies. Also, Tom will walk you through
a hands-on demonstration of Articulate’s latest interactive elearning tool:
Articulate Storyline!

Getting Started with Articulate Storyline:  1 – 5 PM

It’s a great session if you want to be empowered to build elearning. You’ll
also walk away with some free assets and content you can use at work.
In this session you’ll learn how to:
      Insert various types of content on a slide
      Work with Storyline’s built-in characters
      Create interactivity using Slide Layers, Triggers, and States
      Customize the course player
      Publish to Flash, HTML5, and iOS for iPad viewing
