Hi,

 

I'm looking for anyone's experiences in dealing with digital records that
were originally maintained in an enterprise content management or
records/document management system but have an archival final disposition.
Anything you can share would be great including if you are maintaining the
archival records within the original environment or exporting them out to a
separate environment (i.e. shared drive, another ECM) or a trustworthy
digital repository.
