Feds Demand Accurate Gas Pipeline Safety Records | KQED Public Media for
Northern CA
PHMSA says operators must have "traceable, verifiable and complete"
records, duly signed and dated, according to a statement from the agency.
The records also need separate documentation verifying that their numbers
are correct.
