Newly launched in 2011

Aimed at those new to and/or already working in the profession these
courses offer flexible study opportunities and a range of qualifications to
meet the needs of part-time learners. You can enrol onto the PG Diploma
(18months), the MSc (2 years) or onto single modules (15-20 weeks). This is
ideal for gaining Continuing Professional Development (CPD) credits to
enhance your career opportunities.

*PG Dip/MSc Information & Records Management* modules include:
recordkeeping principles; recordkeeping practice; e-recordkeeping;
management; organising information; data, law and ethics. The new* Information
Governance & Security* module is aimed at information managers, records
managers, IT and HR professionals to develop skills and expertise in
designing and delivering effective information governance systems and
procedures. It has already attracted professionals from different sectors
and different countries; feedback about its quality and relevance has been
very positive.

The knowledge and expertise gained from studying any/all of the modules we
offer has become widely appreciated and sought after by employers, in the
context of more effective information management in the of wake of
legislation, corporate governance scandals, security breaches, competition
and collaboration.

Current and previous graduates work in a wide range of jobs e.g. as Records
& Information Managers, Information Governance and Compliance Officers,
Knowledge Managers, Information Officers, CIOs and SIROs, Document Managers
and Information Systems specialists.

Security module starts in September and February each year. The application
