TRAK Records and Library is recruiting for a Records Manager for their law firm client in Washington, DC. The Records Manager will be responsible for supervising a large staff of clerks and analysts, implementing established records retention policies and maintaining excellent customer service with regards to retrieval and management of records. Qualified candidates will have excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills, proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite and a strong ability to manage and motivate staff.  In addition, qualified candidates will have a minimum of five years of experience with records management and/or document management concepts and an ability to work in fast paced environments with a variety of tasks and deadlines.  This position offers a competitive salary!  Candidates should be located in the Washington Metro DC area.
