Not sure if this one will get off the ground or not... like most social
networking sites, users agree to a T&C when they sign up and in there you
aren't granted much recourse against exposure of your content, and it's UP
TO YOU how much information you "share".

I thought this assertion in the suit was interesting:

"Some commentators have hypothesized that the propensity to use a single
password for multiple online accounts could result in losses where
non-LinkedIn accounts are accessed using an individual's LinkedIn password.
  Proving that such losses have occurred, however, would require highly
individualized showings that would likely preclude adjudicating plaintiff's
claims as a class action."

It's not LinkedIn's fault that a user has elected to use the same password
on multiple suits, so why would they be held liable for this 'propensity'??
