Why is your example a positive records management action?  IM messages need
to be reviewed the same as e-mail, don't they?

How about "Keeping your project files current makes the task of filing
easier" ?

I am building our RIM Marketing methods of comminication to keep folks
engaged with RIM on a weekly basis.  I would like to add a series of weekly
"RIM Quick Tips" to our intranet banner page for all employees.
 My thoughts are to send a new weekly reminder of how each person can
contribute to the RIM initiative by taking one small step...

For example: Want invite a co-worker to lunch?  Use instant messaging
instead of email.
