The point made about the Tax department is a good one (as are the other
contacts mentioned). They may have a different perspective on what they
need for tax audits. You may also want to make sure they are looking at
documentation required to back up not only federal audits, but things like
state audits, state sales and use tax audits and if there are different
requirements based on if the item is for resale or not.
