Welcome Vickie:

Have you ever worked in Records Management before? I have been in the field for 18 years and must say that I love my job. However it's not for everyone. If you like managing information, organizing and maintaining it until it's met its usefulness - then you will enjoy it. 

Plus there is so much more to RIM than what most people know. Most people unfamiliar with the practice think we two-hole punch, alphabetize and sit in a dank basement all day! This is so stereotypical and far from the truth!

Good luck with your decisions and be sure to reach out to RIM people with any questions.
