This role is accountable for advocacy, articulation and advancement of the company strategy, commitment and governance framework for records and information management, along implementation of this across the enterprise.  This is a high level role and I am looking for a RIM professional with the ability to impact executive level leadership and support for the Records Management program on a higher level than just records, Information Governance needs to be considered as well.  We are looking for an individual who has experiences that support change management and organizational culture change.  This individual also needs to have competency in new age fundamentals of RM (like big bucket retention, governance), contracts management, eDiscovery, etc.
