Greetings,

Long time lurker, first time poster.

I've worked with and learned from many great people in my career as an
archivist and records manager. However, the first person I considered a
true mentor was Susan Sullivan, CRM.

At the time she was the Corporate Records Manager for NARA pursuing some
groundbreaking pilot projects such as developing a framework for scheduling
Federal social media records and implementing NARA's Capstone approach to
managing email.

I'll always be thankful for the opportunities I had to work with and learn
from Susan. She's a records management pioneer and inspirational leader.

Matthew Hebert, CRM

Opinions are my own and not those of my employer or any other individual or
entity.
