Brian,

Have you reached out to the ARMA HQ staff or CEO Bob Baird directly?  As 
a member, I believe they will let you know what they know.  From a recent 
conversation I had with Bob Baird while at the MER Conference, I believe 
they are still negotiating the site between a couple of sites.  They may not 
yet know for certain, but it wouldn't hurt to go directly to the source.
