Dear Katrina,

Just a thought.  Maybe you could remove all PII information from all the
records (reports, design and plan sets, specs, etc.) so you wouldn't have
to do it again.  Maybe title the documents under a specific reports, design
and plan sets, specs, etc.  I suggest that the date created would be kept
in case you want to reference the documents from a specific time period.

Just thoughts.
