Hi All,

I had written previously to the group about a client I'm working with. I'm
developing training materials for a post-acute care medical organization to
implement a records retention policy before a building move this summer.

As with most organizations, they are good at retaining their records, but
are reluctant to dispose of them. As a result, there is a glut of
paper-based records in their offices and in their digital systems.

Can anyone share workflows, decision trees, or other guides that you've
created for your staff to visualize and help them determine if records
should be destroyed? I've found a few good examples online, but I want to
present my client with several options to assist them. I'm looking for
materials that would help records coordinators, as well as materials that
speak to directors/managers and C-suite executives.

Best,
Margot
