I am a long time lurker and an infrequent poster. But I need help. Does anyone use Filenet /
IBM Enterprise Records? Or is there anyone out there that manages their electronic records
with a Records Mgmt component added onto their Content Mgmt System?
I'm looking for best practices on how others are managing their information. The method I
use and thought was a good practice is causing issues with autosys when declaring records.
Basically it is too many jobs trying to declare to the same file plan at the same time. The easy
solution is to make the File Plans unique to each application. But from a long term
management of the information it is not ideal.
I'm just curious if there is anyone out there in a similar situation and would love to talk best
practices with you.
