ARMA Metro Maryland September 14, 2011 Dinner Meeting

Observations on Records Management 2.0

Time:  Networking – 6:00 PM, Dinner – 6:30 PM, Presentation – 7:30 PM

Program: The rapid evolution of collaboration and cloud technologies is creating new opportunities to quickly and cost-effectively deploy records management across entire organizations.  However, this change may come at the cost of traditional records management solutions. How will the entries of companies like Microsoft and Google into the Enterprise Content Management and Records Management arenas change the status quo?  What are their Records Management strategies?  Are they solving old problems or just creating new ones?
