I found an article that one of my co-workers printed off for us (I'm sure she
put it on our network drive too...but I remembered having a paper copy, lol!)

We actually did put this into practice in our department, and now electronic
documents are in folders, and we all had the chance to participate in the
creation and naming of the folders.
It is important to have one person who is outside of the process as
a 'facilitator' of sorts. It should be someone who is normally pretty calm...that
worked well with us, as she kept us on track, and could mediate between the
different groups.
