Legal Records Coordinator - Washington, DC
A large international law firm is in need of an exceptional Records
Coordinator that has electronic records management experience. If you
are working in a law firm records center and are looking to take the
next step in your career this is the position for you. This law firm
offers a competitive salary and an opportunity for continued advancement
in the records management field. The responsibilities include
coordinating daily tasks, workflow, special projects, and training and
development of new and existing staff, under the direction of the
Records Supervisor or Records Manager. In addition, the Records
Coordinator will make recommendations to the Records Supervisor or to
the Records Manager regarding process and workflow improvements,
staffing concerns and other operational issues. Qualified applicants
will have two years or more of experience in a law firm records center.
A Bachelor's Degree is preferred. Prior coordinator or lead worker
experience is desirable. Knowledge of LegalKey a plus but candidates
should have strong information technology experience. Strong leadership
abilities, oral and written communication skills and the ability to
organize, prioritize and problem solve is essential. Requirements also
