Sadly, I am using an Excel spreadsheet to manage file indexing right
now and re-typing into into TABQuick to make labels. Granted, it's a
pretty fabulous spreadsheet, that uses dropdowns and formulas to
create the file number based on our file plan and prompt the user to
enter the correct metadata --- we even call it the FABulous
spreadsheet --- but it is still woefully inadequate to handle what we
really need to do.
