I was asked what the retention period would be for a subpoena.  Just the
subpoena.   I would have thought it would be retained as part of the case
file, claim, deposition, etc ., for the life of the litigation, claim, etc.,
including appeal periods which maybe be Closure, Plus 6 years (depending on
the state the subpoena is issued in).
