Excellent article.  Exactly what two of my medical providers have complained
about.   They are now a high priced data entry clerk and have less time with
patients.  I always ask them each time I see them.

I can still remember "Hillary" talking about the benefits of the $20 billion
initial price tag of the program when she was still in the senate.  Again,
another program sold by vendors and approved by a gullible congress (both
sides of the political arena).
