Great article Peter!  And timely too.  I shared the link with my Dominican University class.  The article is another example of the RIM valuation pointed out by Saffady in Records and Information Management: Fundamentals of Professional Practice.  Vicki Wiler, Director, Publications, at ARMA HQ turned me on to this text for my classes.  I appreciate materials like these that point out the actual business value of RIM, especially as opposed to the blunt form of selling RIM; "Do this or else!"  And the Information Governance angle is the hot topic to decision-makers.
