   I think the answer is the traditional one of 'it depends'. For those
companies that are focused on meeting compliance requirements, then the
sweet spot is that an enterprise RIM strategy is essential in assuring that
due diligence is being made. If the concern is for e-discovery then maybe
the sweet spot is  knowing that all information is maintained until it is
'past due' then disposed of in an orderly and compliant manner. Maybe
senior management is concerned over the integration and interdependencies
of projects from various departments. Then this deliverable can be
emphasized. Hope this helps.
