This discussion brings George Carlin's words to mind, in part, "The planet
will be here for a long, long, LONG time after we’re gone, and it will heal
itself, it will cleanse itself, ’cause that’s what it does. It’s a
self-correcting system." As well as the most interesting findings regarding
the effect of airplane contrails on overall temperature, as measured during
the 3 day no fly order that resulted from the attack on America on 09/11.
The contrails are believed to actually reduce atmospheric temperatures,
making the earth more habitable for us all.

Interesting discussion.
