I've done a Zombie Run and a mud run. Going to train for the tough mudder, maybe this summer, but I'd like to get a couple others under my belt first. Zombie runs are actually pretty tough if you want to medal. My sister-in-law tore a calf muscle trying to avoid the zombies. We were good mates and didn't leave her behind to get devoured!

Subject: Sorta OT - Mud runs and conferences
I know some of you are attending the AIIM 2014 conference in Orlando April
1-3 and/or the MER conference in Chicago May 19-21. Both conferences have precons - full disclosure, I'm delivering precons at both.
And some of you may know that I have become a big fan of obstacle course racing - aka "mud runs". They are generally not competitive - heavens knows I don't run them in world-shattering times! Did a couple last year and looking to do a couple dozen this year. But I mention this to the list because both events I listed also have mud runs the weekend before!
