If it is part of the narrative flow then it would be called a "figure" or even "table" (if it is one). [i.e. figure 1, figure 2, table 1, table 2, etc.] If it is at the end of the document and is referenced within the narrative, then it would be an Appendix or Exhibit. You can find more information in the "Chicago Manual of Style" published by University of Chicago.
