Hello,
I was recommended to post to this list serv after sending out an
inquiry to my art library colleagues on ARLIS-L. I run the library at
an art museum and my institution is currently working on developing an
email retention policy as part of an overall overhaul of our records
retention policy. I, personally, am not a part of the development of
the policy but was asked by a colleague if I could put an inquiry out to
assist with their research/development.

My question is:

Does your institution have an email retention policy and if so does it
vary by position within the organization?

Thank you for any information you can provide.

Yours sincerely,
Alison
