Which I find fascinating because while social media sites can be blocked, I
don't see how personal devices could be except under very narrow
circumstances with people who believe in and will adhere to the policy as
opposed to trying to get around it.

As for me I'm a huge huge fan of Yammer and would love to see the list move
to that platform, but given the issues Terra noted it might still be
premature. On the other hand, once it's fully integrated into SharePoint...
