DETECTING AND PROTECTING PII IN UNSTRUCTURED CONTENT

Visual classification technology offers new options for detecting PII in "unstructured" content like that found in file shares, content management systems, and digitized paper archive, and what the options are for protecting PII once it is detected. While the focus is on detecting and protecting PII, the presentation will touch on how visual classification can be used as the basis for other document-centric information governance tasks.

The presenter for this event is John Martin, CEO and founder of BeyondRecognition, LLC. John Martin is founder and CEO of BeyondRecognition, LLC, an information governance technology development company and channel partner of e-Lucidata Solutions. John has been at the forefront of data conversion, migration and management for 25 years, has been a testifying expert on e-discovery, and has articles published by the American Bar Association, among others. His e-discovery development was granted a US patent. He has a rare ability to explain how things work and why they're important.
