Hi Mary, you may want to check with your vendor, Shred-It, on that. Most larger vendors (and maybe smaller vendors) can destroy these odd types of material in the same manner as electronic media (capabilities might vary by vendor and their resources in your region). That said, if a vendor can provide this service for you, you'll want be aware of potential costs and minimum volume requirements. Electronic media destruction is typically more costly than paper shredding - often considerably so (minimum volume requirements can increase cost as well if you don't have much volume). Of course, verify that the destruction method is secure.
