My name is Alyssa Sherman and I am a policy analyst with the Provincial Government of Alberta.

The Alberta Ministry of Infrastructure is developing a new standard to securely shred transitory information in-house. To this end we are seeking best practices regarding information security in other areas.

Do any of your areas follow a regulation/guideline regarding in-house shredding? If yes, could you provide a copy of any such standard to me?
