*Topic*: *Chicken or Egg? Which comes first when creating an ECM strategy
- the tool or business process?*

There are many challenges and opportunities in implementing enterprise-wide
electronic content management (ECM), even across a small corporation. Add
a level of complexity and it can be viewed as an insurmountable task. Our
panelists will address this topic through the lens - and experience – of a
Records and Information Manager, a corporate Content and Systems Integrator
and a vendor that provides support for successful and sustainable
implementations. We’ll leave plenty of time to hear about your
experiences, too!

Sue Trombley will be moderating the discussion, and our panelists will
include:

Susan Pires, Manager RIM | Corporate Strategy & Risk, Federal Reserve Bank
of Boston
Nancy Burt, Senior Manager of Content and Systems Integration, Fidelity
Investments
Sandra Serkes, President and CEO, Valora Technologies

*Additional Details*: Due to the security level at the Federal
Reserve, *attendees
will need to register by Tuesday, March 22.* Attendees are permitted to
bring laptops and other similar devices, but you will go through a scanning
machine simliar to airport security.
