As the new State Archivist of Hawaii, it has fallen to me to form an interview committee for our vacant Branch Manager, State Records Management Services position (details to come in the coming weeks).  Rather than spin my wheels, I would like to call upon the collective wisdom of the listserv and ask those who are willing to PRIVATELY email me questions they have successfully used in the past for high level RM positions (contact details below).

I am asking for off-list sharing as I do not want to tip the hand too early for potential candidates that may be fellow members!
