BridgeWork Partners is seeking a motivated, dependable Document Services
Manager for a our client with a strong team culture to start immediately!
The leading manager will have 12 direct reports; 6 local and 6 virtual.
If you are a strong business leader and are interested in a challenge

for you. Our client has just acquired two large clients who will require
document assistance for over 4.2 million documents.
As a Document Service Manager, your goal will be to coordinate document
service efforts between clients and the business owner.
Responsibilities: ·
Manage the operations of the Document Services team for new and existing
clients ·
Manage, store, and track company documents ·
Control the retrieval of documents ·
Receive and process requests from employees and clients ·
Responsible for training employees on the proper procedures and policies
which include: documentation, retention, and retrieval ·
Assist with file audits to regulate proper practices ·
Employee scheduling, direction and improvement of document management
workflow process Skills: ·
Have the ability to manage time well, prioritize, multitask and
troubleshoot ·
Strong communication and customer skills are a must ·
Must be computer savvy and well verse in the Microsoft Suite Products ·
Ability to work in a deadline driven and fast paced environment ·
Trust worthy and detail oriented ·
Must be willing to travel quarterly ·
4-5 years of management experience ·
Ability to manage virtual and local teams ·
Ability to innovate to provide the best services possible
