Hi Frank.
1. Does "Capabilities" refer to the RM org/dept or to competencies of individuals?
2. You might consider changing "Software Tools" to the broader "Technologies," (unless you don't want it to be broader)
3. Maybe consider a category like "Complimentary Disciplines," which would include the disciplines like legal, IT, Compliance, Risk that RM normally partners with or shares concerns with.
Just some thoughts. I think your list has great categories that will serve you well.
