The success of change within an organization depends on the acceptance of
staff and leadership’s commitment and communication of the change.  As
records and information professionals we need to better understand the
process of change management in order to leverage our knowledge and
expertise to the success of the project.  Please plan to attend the Change
Management Workshop and learn more about this very important element to any
records and information program.
